We have an obligation to be at our best. Our families deserve it.
The problem is that far too often we make excuses and avoid doing the work it takes to get there.
Our goal is to provide the resources and training to empower our clients and help them unlock full strength physically, mentally, and spiritually by destroying excuses and providing a clear roadmap to get them to their goals.

We are meant to do life together. Despite being more "connected" than ever, loneliness is at an all-time high. This is leading to an epidemic of depression, fear, anxiety, and suicide.
We are fighting back by building a community dedicated to lifting each other up and providing mutual support and encouragement.
Spiritual Strength
Reliance on God.
Let's face it, life is hard. There is not much we can do about that. What we can do, however, is begin to understand the nature of God and deepen our faith in Him. Within the Fullsterkur Community, we will be unyielding in our pursuit of a more authentic relationship with our creator. We will accomplish this through both education and community.
Ultimate strength is found through reliance on Christ.

Outdoor Retreats
If you have ever been to a men's retreat, you know that they can be a little... docile. This is not.
We believe that men are built to endure, and that there is something therapeutic in overcoming challenges. Join us as we walk out of society and into the wild, where we will explore what it truly means to become a "Man After God's Own Heart."
